Contest period: Entries are accepted from May 1 through July 3 at 11:59 PM ET. Entries received outside this window will not be eligible for the grand prize.
Winner announcement: The grand prize winner will be selected and announced on the 4th of July. The winner will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact info submitted with their entry.
Contest is open to Maryland residents only, within D&E Decking & Fencing's active service area.
Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.
Limit one entry per household. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
Entrant must be the homeowner of the submitted property or have explicit homeowner approval to submit.
Submitted photo must be a real photo of the actual deck at the property address provided.
Entrant must provide valid contact information (name, email, phone, city, state).
Entry does not guarantee a prize. Grand prize winner will be selected by D&E Decking & Fencing.
The grand prize is a $2,000 promotional credit toward a qualifying new deck project completed by D&E Decking & Fencing.
Consolation prize: every qualified entrant receives a $250 discount toward their deck project when they book a quote with D&E Decking & Fencing by December 31, 2026. The $250 discount is applied to the final project total and cannot be combined with the grand prize.
The $250 consolation discount is only valid when a quote is booked by the December 31, 2026 deadline and a project is subsequently contracted with D&E Decking & Fencing.
All prizes and discounts are not redeemable for cash and have no cash value.
Contest is void outside Maryland and outside of D&E's service area.
D&E Decking & Fencing may use submitted deck photos for marketing related to the contest and before/after promotional content.
D&E reserves the right to verify eligibility and to disqualify incomplete, false, duplicate, or spam submissions.
